Bookshop Intermale Closed
After almost 27 years of business Intermale will be closing at the end of January 2011.
The circumstances of the changing marketplace in bookselling have led to this decision.
We will be having a closeout sale (50% discount) from Sunday Jan. 16 through Sunday Jan. 23.
Intermale was a wel know gayshop , bookstore in Amsterdam for 27 years .
The rainbow flags which hang out over the street when Intermale is open pinpoint one of the largest bookshops in Europe offering exclusively gay and gay-related titles - and the largest bookshop in Amsterdam devoted entirely to books of interest to the gay male.

Together with the announcement of the six new Pride Ambassadors, this marks the start of preparations for Pride Amsterdam 2024.
About 300 events will take place during Pride, something for everyone and every community has been taken into account.
