Marche des Fiertés van Paris Gay Pride
Marche des Fiertés or Paris Gay Pride is a parade in the heart of Paris. The parade is huge and takes about 4 hours to wind its way through the small streets of Paris. The entire Marais district, home to most of the city's LGBT bars, restaurants and boutiques, hosts non-stop Pride-themed parties and events all weekend long.

Saturday, June 29, 2024: Paris Pride awakens in a city full of rainbow flags. At the start there are parties and events in the city. More than 700,000 spectators and participants attend the gay parade, which starts at 1:30 am on Saturday.
Some Metro stations on the route are closed for safety reasons. Trains do not stop at certain stations on the routes and simply continue.
The procession ends at Place de la Republique and continues with a Pride Square from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The party then spreads to the adjacent streets and the many nearby gay cafes, bars and clubs.
It can be very busy.
Le Marais, a gay neighborhood known for having the most LGBT bars, restaurants and shops, hosts non-stop parties all weekend long. Among the busiest streets are Rue des Ecouffes, Rue du Temple and Rue Vieille du Temple.
The lively gay bars are within walking distance of the Place de la République, where the meeting usually ends. The following bars offer a wide range of options for visitors.
route : Paris Pride March usually starts at 12 noon from the Michel Bizot station in the 1.30th arrondissement and continues to the Place de la République, via Avenue Daumesnil, rue de Lyon, Boulevard Beaumarchais and Boulevard du Temple. Departing: Metro Michel Bizot, Avenue Daumesnil, Rue de Lyon, Place de la Bastille, Boulevard Beaumarchais, Boulevard du Temple, Arrival: Place de la République.
